CMS has strengthened its Middle East presence with the relocation of a partner to Dubai.
Eleanor Lane joins the firm’s Middle East projects and maritime practice, and was previously based in Scotland.
She brings over 20 years of experience advising on maritime and infrastructure projects, including public-private partnerships, public service concessions, and strategic outsourcing projects.

Commenting on her move, Lane said: “The region offers a dynamic market for innovative projects, and I look forward to collaborating with clients and colleagues to capitalise on new opportunities.”
The Middle East is experiencing a surge in maritime infrastructure projects, driven by economic diversification efforts and growing maritime trade.
CMS has made several appointments in the Middle East over the last year, broadening its capabilities in real estate, banking & finance, TMT, corporate, energy & infrastructure, and dispute resolution.
