Habib Al Mulla and Partners has launched a project to provide free legal and business advice to a select group of Emirati entrepreneurs.
The UAE law firm, which expanded recently into India, Egypt, and Iraq, announced ’54 Projects for 54 Emiratis’ as part of the UAE’s upcoming 54th National Day celebrations and the Year of Community.
The project aims to provide 54 Emiratis with licensed businesses in Dubai with support ranging from company formation to financial aid.
Habib Al Mulla and Partners said in a statement the project will provide assistance with company formation and registration with relevant governmental authorities. The firm will also provide financial support of an undisclosed amount to support the participants as well as organise workshops and consultations with lawyers on both legal and business matters.
As part of the new project, Habib Al Mulla and Partners has committed to providing 1,000 hours of pro bono support.
Speaking at the time of the launch, Alia Al Mulla, partner at Habib Al Mulla and Partners, said:
“This initiative was born from a deep belief that Emiratis deserve more than just encouragement, they deserve access. At the earliest stages of entrepreneurship, legal and regulatory challenges can make or break an entrepreneur’s journey. Our goal is to remove those barriers and give 54 Emiratis the tools, clarity, and confidence to build businesses that reflect their ambition and values. While the initiative welcomes all sectors, we particularly encourage ventures that align with the UAE’s vision for innovation, sustainability, and community-driven growth.”

Habib Al Mulla and Partners has been operating in the UAE for more than 40 years and has grown to a team of over 70 lawyers providing services across finance, real estate, energy, and technology.
