Hadef & Partners has hired seasoned corporate law specialist David Baylis as a senior counsel.
He brings over 30 years of experience to the UAE law firm, based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
His experience focuses on structuring and establishing investment funds, as well as advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity acquisitions and exits, art law, and sports law.
Baylis was previously at Norton Rose Fulbright, relocating from London to lead the firm’s Abu Dhabi office in 2013. He left the firm in 2016 to join the Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority as a senior legal advisor.
