Hello readers,

All of this week, we have been sharing the stories of high-powered women in the Middle East legal market.

For the first time, three female partners in Saudi Arabia who, in the last year, were promoted to the partnership in their respective firms speak on how they made it, the challenges they overcame along the way, and share advice for aspiring female partners. Added to this are perspectives from Emirati female partners paving the way in their respective fields, as well as career stories from lawyers making inroads into the traditionally male-dominated fields of technology and construction law.

As you read their stories and take in their inspirational advice I hope you are not only inspired by the achievements of these women but also motivated to join the ongoing dialogue and contribute to the collective effort of building a more inclusive legal profession in the Middle East.

Happy reading!
